Taylor Lautner In A Remake of ‘Vision Quest’??

According to E! News, Taylor Lautner may possibly be up for a role in the remake of the 1985 drama Vision Quest.

He could wind up playing an updated version of Modine’s character in the still-in-development film, which counts Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen of Temple Hill Entertainment (and Twilight and New Moon fame) as producers. We hear that Richard Munic has penned a screenplay that is “very faithful” to the original Vision Quest.

'Valentine's Day' Marketing Leaves Out Gay Pairing

Gay entertainment websites are buzzing over the exclusion of a gay pairing in the trailer of the upcoming feature film Valentine's Day.

The romantic comedy, set for a February 12 nationwide release, pairs five couples as they celebrate Valentine's Day in Los Angeles.

Included in the mix is Bradley Cooper, whose gay character is reportedly in love with a closeted football player, performed by Eric Dane, dreamy Doctor McSteamy from ABC's Grey's Anatomy.

But the movie's trailer released Monday omits the film's inclusion of a gay storyline.

“Is it really impossible to market an ensemble romantic comedy to the masses with a gay couple in it?,” Ed Kennedy wrote at AfterElton.com, a website devoted to male gay entertainment. “Could that really be considered a bad marketing move in Hollywood now?”

Kennedy compared the film's marketing to that of A Single Man, whose director, Tom Ford, and star, Colin Firth, have called a “universal” film, not a gay film.

“First, a gay director [Tom Ford] takes a movie about a gay man based on a book by a gay man [Christopher Isherwood] and degays the marketing for that movie, and now this?”

Perhaps it was just too cute to be true. Two of today's hottest stars -- she of the music world, he of the movies -- have reportedly called it quits.

That's right, folks: Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner are reportedly no longer an item.

UsMagazine.com broke the news today, citing a "source" who blamed a lack of "chemistry" for the demise of the brief relationship (the Taylors were together for just three months).

"It wasn't really developing into anything, and wasn't going to, so they decided they were better as friends," the source said.

Apparently things began to go downhill when Lautner showed more interest in the relationship than Swift did. He flew across several states to be at her Nashville birthday party on December 13th.

"He liked her more than she liked him," a friend of the singer told Us. "He went everywhere he could to see her, but she didn't travel much to see him."

Was there just too much Taylor for one relationship? Or was it their age difference? Three years normally isn't a make-or-break thing, but when one of you is 20 (Swift) and the other is just 17 (Lautner), those three years can feel like a generation.

The loose-lipped friend who shared the news says the Taylors will remain friends -- which is probably a good thing considering they'll have to promote a movie together come mid-February.

Or who knows, maybe they'll get back together. The movie in question is, after all, Valentine's Day.

In contrary, "Lautner is very athletic and health-conscious, so he eats mostly low-fat protein like skinless chicken breasts, egg whites and vegetables and fruits."

Thus, the pair reportedly often argued about where they were going to have meal during their date nights. Additionally, the insider further claimed, "The only food option they can agree on is sushi."

Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift, who played coy about their special relationship, reportedly called it quits earlier December. "There was no chemistry," a source told Us Magazine about the twosome, who was said deciding to be friends.

Nie podoba mi się , że źródła podają, że TS mniej zależało niż jemu. To takie nieeleganckie. I dobrze. Ona była za wysoka dla niego. Cały czas na płaskich obcasach, ugiętych kolanach, z pochyloną głową. Niech każde idzie w swoją stronę. :-D
